Not blue

I ordered the blue... In the picture online it looks exactly light blue. Perfect for my bathroom. Opened bag and they are exactly grey with a blue grey tint. Not light blue. Thin towels. Not what Im used to. TJmaxx has better towels.

Towel set

Order the blue color and they sent me orchid without even bothering to call to say they didn’t have the color anymore. Also, towels were very thin for the price. The quality wasn’t good like the picture. They look much more thicker on there.

Nice set of towels for guests

I'm not sure how long they'll hold up, since they have not been used yet, but they do look nice. They've been washed one time, for our guests who are coming over the holidays. I'm certain they will be fine for that. I prefer a larger bath towel myself, and wish the washcloths hadn't both been gray, but it's a nice set, all the same.

Worst towels I have ever purchased!

I washed these towels according to directions and they look like something you should scrub the floor with. They were not inexpensive either. I am so disappointed in the poor quality of this product. I always purchased my towels and bedding from JCP, but the quality they are selling is not like it used to be.

Frayed when washed

I washed this set prior to use and the seam on a washcloth frayed. I contacted customer service and was told nothing could be done because I washed the item. Clearly there is a defect in the product.

I bought this product about a month ago and I am quite satisfied with it.

I am happy with my jacquard towel set. The colors are vibrant and attractive just like I expected. They are not just pretty but also do absorb water well and get the job done. I plan to buy a few more of these towels for my other bathroom.

Received my gray towels a couple days ago. They are really pretty. They are not very thick, but that’s the way I like them.
