I dis-liked the whole process. It did not give a good enough description of the item so I had to return it to the store and the return process was the worst.

Staff member helping was not

Staff member helping was not attentive when I picked up my online order. He was more interested in talking to a customer about buying her car even though another employee was helping her. Very rude and disrespectful.

Staff member helped me locate what I needed but it was not in stock. He ordered it and told me it would be in the next day. He called to tell me when it arrived. These guys are always friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I choose To go here instead of big box stores because of that!

I needed to replace a bulb in a floor lamp but didn’t know what I needed. After removing it and finding a few clues on the bulb itself I was able to find the identical bulb on their site. I ordered it online for pickup and a couple of hours later I had my bulb in hand. We were happy that Batteries plus Bulbs were able to have in stock this small lamp bulb. We ordered two so we would have a replacement and it was shipped to our home this avoiding having to leaver quarantine. Thank you.
