It seems pretty sturdy. I'll see if it survives the whole year. I bought one for each of four kids, so that's a pretty good sample size.

Nice sturdy case

I got this to hold a small cutting mat and grid ruler, along with collage materials, so I can collage on the go! It's super sturdy and big, just make sure you read the interior dimensions because it's not perfectly square

Travel cases, Plein air and studio

I never tire of these cases. I have 4 in use. The plastic is surprisingly durable. The closure "snap" bars have never failed. I was amazed on how much stuff I can pack in them and have yet to have any failure, as I was worried I'd eventually wear out the hinges. I make home-made barriers to customize compartments with heavy see-thru vinyl. The very first case I made 3 tiers out of foam core, and using a vinyl piece to keep all in place allows me to place an entire custom opaque media into the smaller sized (10x9"), going on 12 years of heavy use. The 10x12" size just lets me add more fun stuff, here I have a pen n ink/watercolor/gouache/conte pencil kit for outdoor sketching. The home-made vinyl portfolio was sewn, as was the smaller pack to store tube paints. Keep ink bottles in plastic bags-elevation changes can cause leakage.

Handy for traveling to art class with all of my supplies.

Whether traveling or simply organizing paints in my art studio, this is a nice container to have.

Perfect for construction paper

My grandson loves arts and crafts. Bought pack of 240 sheets of construction paper and needed container to store. This one is big enough inside for the whole pack to fit.

I am using this to keep my colored pencils in and I love it. I put the paper and blenders in the top tray and all the pencils are separated by color groups below. Perfect!

LOVE THIS Carrying Case w/Built-in Handle

I bought two of these, and they match my needs perfectly. Sturdy construction, built-in handle, great size for 8-1/2 x 11 docs, file folders, and larger size piano music books for transport to & from church. My 20-year old plastic carrier's hinges finally broke, and I looked off & on for years at office supply stores, asking friends, doing online searches. This was almost exactly what I was looking for, and I found it thanks to my artist granddaughter.

Got the carrying case to log stuff like pencils and sketchbooks around so I would have a hard case instead of my old computer bag and backpack. Those soft-sided pieces of luggage we're causing problems with my pencil tips breaking and stuff. so the hard case seems to be working better and protecting my pencils and sketchbooks and such.

Paint Storage

I needed a compact case to put my paint in that would also fit into my unique recreational vehicle. I measured the space and was looking for a container for a bit when I spotted the ArtBin box. It fit perfectly and the see through feature also allows me to see which case I should reach for. This is my second case both different sizes. One for Acrylics and a few oil paints and the latest for my watercolours.
