Broken items, multiple times

While these have potential to be quality containers, I placed two separate orders and both arrived with damaged containers inside. The first set the container itself was damaged in the corner. I returned this (had to go to a UPS store). Ordered again and when those arrived, 3 of the 6 container lids are completely cracked, missing chunks of plastic that have been broken off, rendering them useless as they will not lock shut and with sharp edges to be wary of. Such an expensive product to be arriving damaged not once, but twice! *although the box it arrived in said “Fragile,” there was nothing done to buffer or protect the products within. No bubble wrap or even brown butcher paper to soften the blows it takes in travel. Very disappointed in this Target product.

Arrived broken, Target refuses to rectify

My order arrived broken, the bins were smashed with broken plastic littering the bottom of the box. Target claims they can’t refund me even partially because it’s from one of their retailers or something?? The customer rep’s response was “sorry it arrived broken” and then didn’t wait for me to respond and ended the chat. Not cool.

I like the size. However a few of them came with broken handles and a few of the bins were cracked.

I looked forward to receiving this item but several of the boxes and lids arrived cracked and broken and I returned it. I then ordered Sterlite brand boxes - more expensive, but how sturdier!

Not as sturdy

the handles are not as steady and one broke as I test it. good price but the quality was not as good as other brands.
