Our first impression was that this shade is much too small for lighting in our gazebo.

This low cost bulb cover makes my garage light bulb look so much better. But when the light is on I see the bulb double. The light is rarely on because I usually only use the garage door opener light.

I love how the light is diffused throughout the room but still bright.

Color. (effect) is not quite as described

While it was the correct size & shape, & fit into the spot for which it was ordered... I expected it to be "prismatic", as advertised. Instead, it is solid white, with none of the slight rows of indentations that I expected. (Attempted to attach a photo of a prismatic globe...without success.)

Nice quick-fix Shade

If you are looking for a quick fix to a lightbulb in the ceiling. This is the item you need. It is constructed of plastic and simply snaps over the lightbulb. I purchased it for my walk-in closet, but it was too small. The only other bulb I had in the ceiling was my laundry room. It fit perfectly and looks great!

One of the two I ordered came with cracks radiating from the bottom, so I returned both of them in order to get something else. The material was thinner than I thought it would be, although I did expect it to be lightweight since it is supposed to hold itself up.

Exactly as pictured, looks like crystal, helps shade a plain light bulb but does not prevent any of the light from shining through. I took the finial off the bottom and spray painted it oil rubbed bronze and screwed it back on, clips perfectly to lightbulb, everyone who sees them is impressed. They fancied up the basement in a hurry!

So great in theory but the chain from the fan control pushes it kind of wonky. I'd pass if your using this to replace a ceiling fan light cover.

Very nice clip on shade and light diffuses nicely through the shade. I bought this for a hanging light bulb but this product can only be used for light bulbs at the top of a lamp because the clip on is too short to be of use in a hanging light bulb. Also, one shade arrived with a small crack in the acrylic dome. Otherwise, a nice product!

The globe is transparent. This did not diffuse the light from the light bulb.

I live in an old building we’re like fixtures been painted over multiple times and lightbulbs hang naked on the ceiling. When I discovered that there are clip on lamp shades I was thrilled. The Home Depot has a couple of them and they are very nicely priced. They didn’t have it in the store so I ordered it for pick up so I wouldn’t have to pay delivery. Picking it up from the store was very easy as was clipping this shade to the lightbulb. Include The fact that this shade looks like beautiful glass just made this an easy upgrade!
