I had purchased a 4 pack product through Amazon that was advertised to fit and work in my Amana refrigerator. They looked the same as the original filter, and they snapped into place seemingly correctly. Except, no water came through them. Then I spoke with your company and she advised me on the correct filter, said they were made right there in Indiana and that it will work in my fridge. She was correct. Great job. The cold filtered water is now flowing again.

I believe these are good products. I bought as a wishful hedge substitute for grossly overpriced Whirlpool suggested cartridge w 52 certification. So I use them w tremendous trust. I would really like to see, from Discount filters, a side-by-side lab quantitative analysis(actual numerical data not qualitative good, fair, bad) showing how these 2 filters(Whirlpool vs Discount Filters) compare in filtering out the toxins and other nasties found in a water supply. Also would like to see how the timeline of changing filters every X months is determined. A family of four using X gallons per month at 'Y' contaminate water levels and change every 6 months implies a 2 member household should be able to go a year or more before changing filters based on cleaner water supplies and lower water usage. Charts w info from truthful research and technical data trumps marketing misinformation every time no matter what the source, and is needed to know how often I really should change this filter.

Filters are fine. Shipping on Fedx is not. Took a month to get here. Fedx contracts all trucks now. Filters running around Dallas for two weeks going back and forth to same station before finally coming to Norman Ok.

It's a shame when you purchase a product and find out that the company didn't bother to send instructions. You have to look it up on the internet. NO GOOD customer relations at all.
