Excellent product keeps drinks very hot while cup is safe to handle. Light weight perfect for arthritic hands. One suggestion wash and rinse in warm water wipe dry with clean lint free cloth.

The mugs look expensive and feel expensive. Certainly worth the price. A little weary about washing in the dishwasher so I hand wash only.

Lighter than I was expecting but the mugs work as expected

[Rewarded Review] Decent lightweight glass mugs

We just received this product, and our only concern is that they are a lot lighter than we expected for a double walled glass. Thankfully they’re dishwasher and microwave safe, but they are certainly are not as sophisticated as we’d hoped for an $80 purchase.

I bought these because they are stylish, I liked the insulated feature, and I expected they would be difficult to tip. All those things are true. I only gave 4 out of five stars because within 6 months, two mugs broke in the dishwasher. I know the mugs are not listed as dishwasher safe, but the Henckels retail salesman told me that he washes the mugs regularly in the dishwasher, so I thought I would give it a try.
