Good glass jar

My wife likes this Glass Jar to store the food.

Don't waist your money!!

Jars are great but the lids are about as cheap as they come and they do not screw on to the jar or seal properly at all, basically the jars are unusable if you want to have a lidded container. I bought these jars last May to store dried fruit form our orchard. I assumed when I received these jar sets that the lids that came with the jars would fit and seal so I put the box of jars away until harvest time which is now October, which is to late to return them. Very disappointing.

Jars arrived well packed and unbroken. These were part of a two item order that the other item (1/2 gallon Ball jars) were shattered because the packer put packing material on the top of the jars, not underneath.

Jar is really solid and nice. Do not like the lid as much. Shows some difficulty smoothly closing at times. Overall they are great for storage!

Great jar cheap lid.

The jars are a great size with a large opening. Only thing I disliked were the lids. There cheap with a glossy cardboard insert to seal the lid, instead of a better rubberized ring.

A lovely set that you'll enjoy

These containers are perfect and just what I was looking for. The tops can be a little persnicky putting home back on when you first get them but I was soon able to discover how to get them back on without and problem. The hold a HUGE amount of food and they look really pretty in my kitchen.

Poor quality.

Very poor quality control if any at all. The bottoms were not flat and the jar would wobble on its base. Looking at the bottom, the ring from the molds were not centered on the jars. Returned items.

Baker's ‍Dream

Love these jars! Im able to fit about 4 lbs (if not more) of sugar, flour, etc. into these jars. The mouths of the jars are a nice size as well. They are a bakers dream!

Storage

These are grest for storing large amounts of dry goods, potatoes chips etc. very good quality and attractive to boot. They are perfect for keeping oests out of food. Im not sure how they are for storing herbs for a year or longer. Mason jars are better for this i believe but i am trying one out to see.

HANDY FOR STORAGE

whenever my guests see my big jars they want to take them home with them for their personal use. no! no! no! I am not giving them up! i have lots of uses for these. i have about 24 of them in my kitchen. great for sugar, flour, macaroni, dry beans, etc.

Good size for storage with tight lids.

The size and shape is perfect for a cookie jar for my grandson who broke the glass lid of the first cookie jar I gave him for Christmas. With the metal lid hopefully he'll have better luck. I'll use the other 3 jars for pickles!

Best jars ever

These jars are awesome! I have used these in so many different ways throughout my house. From storing seashells to sugar and flour they never let moisture in! The price cannot be beat. Just buy them!

Nice Jars!

I'm very happy with these 1 gallon jars. I chose to pick my order up at the store. Excellant packing and in perfect condition. I really like the screw on lids because they keep contents fresh and the jars look nice displayed on counter. I dont have to take off lids to see how much is in the jar which helps when making out grocery list.

great for food storage, countertop beauties.

great for food storage, I have 4 on my counter and have used these jars for Kumbucha brewing, flour, hot/homemade granola, hot chocolate powder, rice, oatmeal... lots of bulk foods have cycled through them. They hold up well and clean up well when I empty one out. I like that you can get most measuring cups through the opening and filling them is easy.
