Bugs in the glass

There are two bugs embedded in the glass dome. Unique but gross. Also the dome is somewhat malformed. I've more of these at home and sure this one is a fluke. Walmart refunded my money immediately.

Black Flaws in Glass

Flaws in glass! Bought and returned because there's a one centimeter dark (black) flaw in the glass. Got the 2nd one and same thing! Little bit larger flaw! Twice with same product is more than coincidence.

Beautiful center display. I find my biscuits and cakes stay moist. Only used indoors, the lid has some weight in it would not recommend for weak wrists or young ones helping themselves. Flip it over to be a serving bowl for the trifle.

[Rewarded Review] Poor Quality

Just purchased this set, however there are flaws in the dome part, no one with could miss. Just wondering where your quality control is or do you even have one? Waiting for a product only to have this happen more times than not is disturbing. What is the return process. I have asked this question before but have never been given a complete response. I will be sending the other items of similar quality back in the same box. Waiting to here quality explanation as to why this keeps happening.
