We used it on one of our clients engineered wood flooring they had issues with slippery flooring we used the slip doctor floor grip matte sealer we rolled it on after deep cleaning and buffing the wood floor then came back the next day to apply second coat The client and us are Very satisfied with the outcome none slippery flooring great products ??

Great floor gripper, really did work! Applied on new vinyl flooring which was so slippery. Did two coats and got more left over if we need. We used a generous amount to get a good coating. Instructions were a bit hard to gauge measurements but once the first cost went down you get confident! We found it dried in an hour as it was a sunny room. Waiting a few more hours before adding furniture back.

Worked like a charm!

I was very skeptical about this floor coating and was worried it wouldn’t work. I have been very pleasantly surprised! It went on with ease and the finish is absolutely perfect. You can’t tell what areas I costed and what I didn’t. All of this for my 80lb fur baby who tore both ACL’s. We’ve had runners all through the house for over six months. We were finally able to take them up and our pup is gaining his confidence back walking on our once slippery laminate wood.

Great for senior dogs!

I purchased this to cover our kitchen floor. We have a 17 year old Jack Russell whose legs slide out from under him. We tried socks but they kept coming off, and eventually laid several rugs down to make it safer. Not pleased with the rugs all over the kitchen, I took a chance on this product. The application was super easy, it took less than a day. The texture is similar to the lvp in our side room (and will eventually be in the kitchen) My only regret is not getting this product sooner. It would have saved my pup and myself from slips in the kitchen.

Highly Recommend

Amazin results! Got exactrly the texture I was looking for my dog to get around. Also had enough to do my steps. Seems extremly durable too. Make sure you pour it on the floor or do small areas to avoid stirring often.

Not as expected

The chemical did give somewhat of a texture to my kitchen floor. It is less slippery. However, the gritty powder sank to the bottom. It took constant stirring even when the mixture was poured into pan wto use paint roller.

No More Slippery Stairs!

Love this product. Easy to use and apply. I apply to our hardwood stairs about every 3-4 years. Absolutely clear. You cannot tell by looking that it is there but it is really effective. No more slipping even with only socks on.

Perfect for slippery hardwood stairs

Stairs are not slippery anymore. Coating is invisible. Perfect solution for us. Wears off after a year or so, but we just re-apply. Recommended.

Wish I found this anti-slip spray sooner!

I wish I had found this extra fine clear anti slip spray before I slipped down my beautiful hardwood staircase and cost me a lot of money in medical bills! This spray is amazing! I sprayed three light coats and I cannot see it at all so my stairs remain just as beautiful. The grip is great so I feel safer for my friends and family. Thank you!

But, let me tell you that if you follow the directions as written, and you prepare the wooden stairs or flooring properly, this product works like a charm. Terrific product

I used this product on the hardwood stair stringers in my new home after several near misses/falls by family and our elderly pet. It was quick and easy to apply and looks amazing — it didn’t change the look of the stairs at all. Most importantly, no slips at all since it was applied. I can now sleep soundly knowing our dog will not fall and break its neck in the middle of the night!

Exactly What I Was Looking For

This was perfect and exactly what I was looking for to help our rescue pup from slipping on the wood stairs. I looked at stair treads and carpet and tape but I wanted something that wouldn’t be noticeable. I taped off 3 inches on each stair and sprayed! That simple. Let it dry overnight and pulled the tape. You can’t see it unless you are looking for it and best part is that it WORKS! No more slipping doggie paws!

Great for Dogs

This product has helped my senior dogs tremendously. I got it due to my dogs ACL injury, but it has helped both of them. I did underestimate coverage and some areas are more gritty than others, and I wasted some product due to mixing up too much. I had planned to do the other half at a later time and would have had enough to do it if I had not mixed it up already (you have to use product with in a few hours of mixing). Due to the way my house is set up I could not do the other half when the first half was still wet. So be sure to accurately determine how much you will need before you mix. I thought I did, but didn't. The finish is great, and I actually like it better than the original finish. However cleaning is a little different if using paper towels or microfiber - it tends to catch on the grit. All and all I will be buying another gallon to finish the other areas that need finishing and to touch up some spots that had less coverage (this must have been from me not reloading the roller). I even like walking on it better! Tip: Make sure you stir bucket well each time you pour some in a paint pan - the grit does settle in the pail you mix it up in.

Successful use 2 x Floor Grip

I have a 20 x 30 home woodworking shop with an industrial paint coated 3/4 flake board floor. Twice in the last 6 mon. at 80 yr., I, from enthusiasm, have tripped, fallen and sprained the same knee resulting in chronic pain and daily exercise. I applied the above product. Preliminary shop/floor cleanup was the hard part. The product was easy to mix, roller on with only 2 hours until touch dry. The second coat was also straight forward. The next day revealed a semigloss finish, that was nonslip, but not gritty (barefoot comfortable). I will need to relearn walking on the shop floor because I can not use sliding as a location method. I recommend the product.

Dog confidence booster!

We recently re-treaded our carpeted stairs with wood and despite using matte finish, they were too slick for our Lab. He slid down them several times and started refusing to go down unless I put boots on his front paws. After some extensive research, I found the SlipDoctors Floor Grip product. It is very easy to apply, and dried enough for light traffic in 2 hours, so it wasn’t too much of a bother to not have access to upstairs for that amount of time. The odor is quite minimal, especially compared to polyurethane. The matte finish is beautiful and you can barely see the grip texture. (I tried the gloss at first but it was too blingy compared to our wood floors, which are not very shiny). It feels like a sanded finish, but the grip particles are very fine, so it doesn’t detract from the beauty of the wood stairs. Took a couple tries to get the dog to believe he wouldn’t slip, but after a couple times down the stairs, he is as confident on them as he was when they were carpet, and I’d say they’re now actually safer than our cheap carpet was.

After exploring many possible solutions to retain the natural beauty of or new custom juniper staircase, I discovered SlipDoctors and ordered their spray. Very satisfied

We are delighted with the lasting results we have gotten with our laminate floors using this product. I was able to take up all the throw rugs and our Rottweiler can prance around on the floor without slipping and sliding. Before she couldn't even sit on the floor because her front paws with slide and she'd wind up laying down. There are some spots that good excessive use that perhaps I mean need to read do in a few months but so far we are very satisfied with the product.

Looks great and works even better

I only refinish my tile floors maybe once every 5 years and all I can say is this product gives me the results I look for after such a big job (3,000sf). I did the recommended 2 coats in one day. The self leveling feature leaves an almost seamless finish. It dries quickly. Requires no buffing and dries to a semi-gloss appearance. I can't say at this point how durable it will be, but I think I have the best looking floor I've achieved yet.Update: After 3 months the floor look the same as when I finished it.

Fixed our issue with VCT

This stuff is worth every penny. The VCT in our office hallway looks better than ever. It has the perfect non-slip texture. It cleans up easily, and the most I need to do is use a soft bristle deck brush. So far, three random individuals commented on its appearance and asked what it was

Slippery Restaurant floor

I finally tried the product today and followed the instructions for application, and it works great. Appearance looks nice and glossy. I paint professionally, and I was recommended to do at least two-three coats. The roller worked perfectly and left a good traction finish. I will see tomorrow how it handles foot traffic in the restaurant.
