The product I ordered came quick %26 it works perfect. I had to order a replacement because I accidentally threw the original one away with the empty tape roll. I'm not sure why others are having issues. 3M is just the name/brand. If you simply read the description you will see that you only get one each. You also have the option to choose your color clear or black.
