[Rewarded Review] Complete failure, after following all instructions

I purchased this product yesterday. We spent 3 hours up on a ladder cleaning with alcohol, drying, and holding each hook in place for a count of 30. Because they take an hour to "set", we left them overnight, excited to hang our holiday lights today. They fell off as soon as we put the light strip into them. Completely disappointing. I called customer service and all they can do is send me more of the same strips. Because I don't have the receipt, they refuse to refund me the $40 I spent on these (I had bought and installed 4 packages on my whole house). Worst product and customer experience ever
