Great Snack Holder
I purchased one of these several months ago to use with snacks. I went back to the store and purchased two more. Now I need a couple more. They are so easy to put cheese crackers, granola bars, small containers of Applesauce and/or jello, bags of chips, etc. They are great for those things that do not need refrigeration. Also, little ones can choose what they want when packing their lunches. Also easy to take to the pool or beach.
Great for organizing small items
I thought it'll be bigger however it's a good storage for smaller things like fingernail polish or paint. I love it and it helps me organize my paint supplies.
Handy storage
Great storage for any craft items. Large and easy to stack, grab & go and stay organized.
Great size
Just the right size for my card stock. Really like the idea of being able to see into, so I know how my supply is.
Love These. Great Size with Multiple Uses
Multiple items. Setting up a studio space. Perfect storage containers for organizing. Can be used for diverse array of art materials. Recommend.
So Useful.
This bin is so useful as it’s deep enough and long enough to store many charm packs or fat quarters, fabric strips or scraps galore. It is great and I plan to buy a couple more! Takes up much less space than the art bins or satchels.
Artbin 15" Super Semi-Satchel Box
Artbin 15" Super Semi-Satchel Box is a great product. I use them to file my finished cardstock and diecut items for use at a later date. Perfect size, is stackable and holds a large number of different items. Have bought them over and over for storage in my studio. Highly recommend.
Ordered one, then reordered two more!
These are great! Adjustable to the size I need and want. They attach well on top of each other. Will buy a few more soon. Highly recommend!
Useful sturdy case. Perfect for first aid supplies.
I am happy with this case. Holds a lot of first aid stuff, meds etc. I like the secure latch and handle so you can stand it up. Stores easy.
Perfect for yarn, ribbon, trims and laces
I like to organize these things and the ArtBin Semi Satchel is the best that I have found to keep these trims neat and tidy. They are also easy to move around and take with you as you need the contents. I have lost count of just how many that I have but I am about to order another for long skeins of sari ribbon yarn. I love that you can remove the compartment inserts as needed. It is another way to simpify your life when you are a crafter. We joke that I have so many ArtBin boxes we could have had a custom closet created but I love my ArtBin boxes. I know what is in everyone of them and I can move them easilly to find my stash of everything. You can keep a lot of yards of fabric in these or trims and ribbons.
Good size, nice and roomy!
This is about half the size and depth of the larger Super Satchel. I keep smaller yardage of fabrics in mine...but I bought some recently for yarn. For smaller amounts I wrap on cardboard "spools" and these fit perfectly in both size satchels. I probably have fifty or more different Artbin storage products. I have never had anything break and my oldest are at least a decade old maybe older. To be truthful I do not use the handles but not because I worry about breakage. I just do not want the contents inside to shift. I am sure they hold up to whatever the company says will work. So glad that Fat Quarter Shop has them for sale! Thanks for everything!
Great for Organizing
I bought this with the marker insert to better organize them and it is a nice size and can actually fit 2 marker inserts if I wanted, but comes with divider inserts if you don't want to buy any of the other supply inserts.
Great item for the money
I have this semi-satchel as well as the full one, and they serve their purposes quite well. Were I to nitpick, the only negative I've found is that the removable/adjustable slats to divide up the inner space do not really lock in well; it is easy to catch one and yank it out with a rag, for example. And since I am writing this for the semi-satchel, I do believe it is really about perfect in terms of size and easy of carrying even when loaded up with tubes of paint, mediums, and so forth. The full satchel can get pretty heavy when loaded down as you can really put a lot of stuff in it. Handles are comfortable and feel quite sturdy. The clasps are minimalist, but function quite well. Overall, I give the semi and it's full-satchel sibling 5 stars; for the price, I do not think you can do much better.
Roomy but clunky
Use it to carry paints to and from studio and class per other colleagues. Shopped around for this item various places and Blick had the best price. The half bin allows stacking so it stores higher than the full but obviously holds half as much. It allows it to fit in a narrower space but it needs more height so it's kind of awkward to store in a rolling carrier. It's depth allows it to hold a lot of paint tubes and the dividers are removable so you can separate the colors or throw them in or whatever you want. Either way it holds a lot.
best plastic craft storage case
I have purchased several brands of plastic craft storage over the years. The ArtBin satchels are the best. While other brands get filmy and sticky with age, the ArtBin do not. They are strong and well made. I have dozens of them. I have them stacked up to 5' high and the bottom ones hold up to the stacked weight. For the satchel that I use often (e.g. thread), I have 2 of the ArtBin satchel cubes. It makes it nice to pull out the satchel you want without moving the ones on top of it.
Art Bin Super Satchel
I have purchased & used Art Bin products for years. Lately, I've gotten rid of several old units in favor of the new products. What I like about the Satchel is: It's division of space, it's transparency so that you can view your materials inside of it & it's open size. What I don't like about this product is it's units's molding material. The division panels, inside the unit are always warped when I receive them. That means that they do not stand straight inside their pockets. Division walls are curved instead of straight. I have ordered 6 satchels this year - at different times - & they all seem to have this warped division wall problem. This bothers me. Why are good brands always opting out for cheaper materials?
Super greeting card storage
I bought 16 of these containers to store greeting cards, envelopes, and card making supplies. I have cubby storage where each cube fits 4 of the super satchel Artbins and 4 of these containers fit the cubbies as well. I love these containers and they are portable to grab and go as needed. Well made like all of the Artbin products.
Decent product for a decent price.
We are using these bins for a campaign at work to hold lots of different product samples. It works really great for the most part. Only complaints I have is that the lid sometimes doesn't latch well and can open while holding the handle and that I have received a handful of broken ones. I'm sure they were broken during transfer, but shows that they're not exactly the most durable. Otherwise, they are perfect for what we needed them for.
