Broken containers

The box arrived not prepared for shipping plastic containers, the box was not sealed items not wrapped for shipping. I have requested twice or this box to be picked up because I am unable to print a return label and I cannot get to the post office to send it back. I was told arrangements have been made for UPS to print up the label and they would pick up the box for return. It has been over 3 weeks and no one has been here to pick up the box. The customer service agents I spoke with at QVC have been very helpful and they have requested UPS pick this box up. I am paying for an item I cannot use, not very happy.

Great product

I like the product, it was a priced right and was delivered in good condition. I love the weight of the lids and that they fit well and won't come off with a small bump the depth is good for a wide range of products.
