Excellent file boxes, very strong and well made. Can easily handle the weight of tightly packed files.

Do not bother purchasing!

I have ordered 3 times and every shipment arrived with broken lids and bins. These are shipped by Iris, not by Target. I wonder why they haven’t changed how these are packed and shipped, to prevent further damaged returns.

Perfect Plastic File/Bin

Bought these to organize letter size paper for crafting. It is strong enough to fill and stack. Size is perfect on shelf and in cabinet. Looks very nice too! I had no problems with delivery.

Arrived cracked, dirty

Arrived cracked, dirty like they'd berm returned, no labels or bar codes. Called to see if they could send replacements and they said no, I would have to take them back to the store or UPS on my own dime and time because they aren't a Target item. Awful customer service on this.

One of the lids is cut off-center.

I bought the 5 large file boxes with long folding lids.1 of the 5 lids is cut off-center. Otherwise, I think these are the best file boxes I've used.

Decent purchase

I like the price point, but they are not extremely sturdy. The lid is also not latching firmly.

Cheaper ones are cheap, but still do the job

The cheaper boxes (about $42) are definitely not as nice as the Iris boxes I've purchased from Office Depot, but those are twice the price. So, be prepared, you get what you paid for. I don't store books in the cheaper ones, instead files or loose paper, clothes or toys work well too. Cannot put heavy things in them or stack them too high (two work well, not sure how 3 would hold up).

Good Option for Personnel File Storage

I store personnel files in these boxes and stack them on metal shelves in a storage area. The clear cover makes it very easy to find files. The contents stay organized, dry and accessible.
