[Rewarded Review] Terrible Customer Service

I wouldn't know because the wrong item was sent. I asked for a return label and the correct item to be sent or a refund. 8 days later and I still have not received either. I will not be ordering from office depot again. The only message I receive is "We have contacted the vendor regarding the request below. We will get back to once we receive any response."

This is a copy of the review I sent a few minutes ago. I'm hoping someone will see one or both and actually do something about this poor service. "This is the third time I have received the INCORRECT ITEM!!! The first order was placed in the store (order WG71671304), and when the wrong item was received, i called and then took the item back to the store. They then ordered the correct item again. This item was then received the second time and again it was the wrong item (order CM84121604). I called again, and was given a case number (#37193580) and the UPS driver picked up the 2nd wrong one today, and delivered the third time -- wrong again. The SKU numbers of the item ordered and the item delivered are not ever close. i am very dissatistied. I was offered a discount on a future order by the rep that I talked to today, but I will not be ordering again. Each time I talked with customer service, they assured me that the replacement item would be the correct item. It shouldn't be this hard! This was a totally horrible experience.

I bought this chair mat for my office, the old one was too old and needed one that I didn't have to slip under my heavy desk. This one worked perfect, it's square and not that big.

As a chairman goes I would call this fairly standard. It is clear, it has a smooth bottom for solid floors, and a good finish. It is not perfectly smooth on top and bottom, the top has a small amount of texture.

[Rewarded Review] slip n' slide

I recently installed a new laminate floor throughout my house. It took me a LONG time. And of course i wanted to protect the floor (and all of my hard work!) Naturally, i was worried about having a desk chair rolling around and potentially scratching up the floor. I've had mats on carpet before, and figured this one was a no brainer.

Thin vinyl roll-up mat. Not hard at all. Has no grip on carpet. Moves around. Chair roller dents in mat. I do not recommend this mat for any purpose. Disappointed

Flimsy chair mat

The mat is not working for my office. It arrived tightly rolled up and needed to be stretched out and weighted to "uncurl" it. There is still one end that refuses to flatten.

This is a very large plastic floor mat that works great on hardwood or tile floors. It will not work as well on carpet, as it has a smooth backing that stops sliding on hard floors only. It is large enough that you can easily move around your desk with a rolling chair, and not worry about damaging the floor. It is really thick, so we assume it will last a long time. It is a frosted-glass looking plastic, so not perfectly clear.

My wife liked this mat so much for our kitchen with vinyl planking that she asked me to order another. That to me is a testament to how good this product is. It's easy to clean and stays in place on the vinyl plank. I probably will try a mind reader floor mat for our new carpet soon.

This mat stays flat on hard floors. It doesn't shift much and has proven to be very durable given the price point for this mat.

Chair Mat

The description read "Thick and Sturdy", nothing could be further from the truth. It arrived in a small box rolled up and was very thin and unsturdy. I had to return it to the store and try and locate a "thick & sturdy" model again. Very Disappointed this time.

Very bad packaging

They were rolled very tight in a box and will not lay flat after 4 weeks even with chairs on them. I will not purchase this product again. I would be very happy to send them back and not even worry about a refund they are so bad.

The mat came rolled up in a box. And is nearly impossible to unroll and flatten out.

It won't lay flat. Came rolled up in a 3" box and even after a week with weights it is curled on the sides. I'm returning it.
