Unlike other food storage containers, the 2 qt one by Rubbermaid shares the same footprint as its 6 qt and 8 qt styles, which makes stacking easy.
This is a great container! It’s smaller so doesn’t take much room in the fridge or on the container but is made well. It’s thick plastic and feels heavy duty. The lid for these containers is very tight fitting making these leakproof and airtight.

These containers are absolutely wonderful!!!! They save so much space in the fridge because the stack perfectly on each other, very nice quality also. I will purchase these again.
Food grade quality container. Really strong and durable. The plastic is made well and the smaller container does not take up a lot of space.
Rubbermaid Carb-X storage containers
These containers are clear, stackable and space-savers in my kitchen. The 4" high containers hold a full 5 lb. bag of flour and have handles on the sides which make it much easier to handle. Also, the tops are tight-fitting but easy to remove.
Perfect Size
After being so pleased with the larger 4qt size of this product I decided to get a couple of the smaller versions to hold items I buy in smaller quantities. I found this size to be perfect for items like brown sugar, powdered sugar, and oatmeal-- which I want to keep on hand but don't use on a regular basis. So far the airtight lid has kept the brown sugar nice and soft!
