The floor protector lived up to it’s advertising and we are happy with the job it is doing!
Hard and not flat
Mat was hard to unroll. No diections on best way to flatten. Put heavy boxes on it but not flat. I expected it to lay flush with floor and not look like when window tinting goes bad. I don't know what they call a lip, it's all the same. It will do the job but not pretty.
Good size and woks well. My last one lasted less then 2 years before it started to Crack apart

Home Depot’s website marketed the chair mat as good on carpet and some other floors. It is terrible on carpet. There are no “teeth” to hold it in place and it moves around continuously—buckling up against my desk legs, buckling up so it conflicts with my feet, needing to be moved back into place numerous times per day.
