Plastic breaks

Poorly made. The closet rod hooks are plastic. Break frequently causing rod and clothes to fall. The replacement part is hard to find. Wish I had purchased a different closet system.

Polyvalent et de qualité

J’ai acheté ce produit en mai 2022 pour organiser un grand walk-in de notre chambre principale. Le système est super fonctionnel. On y a ajouté plusieurs accessoires et des sections supplémentaires pour combler parfaitement notre espace et nos besoins. Les tiroirs à chaussure et les grand panier glissent super bien. Les paniers sont assez profond et en ajoutant plusieurs cela élimine le besoin d’ajouter une commode dans la chambre. Notre chambre a donc un look épuré et tout se range facilement dans le walk-in. Dommage que ce produit semble discontinué car il est vraiment super bien fait. La couleur champagne donne aussi un look chic et s’agence bien à nos planchers.

not adjustable for width

Be aware that this system is strictly for 6 foot installation only! Other system are designed so the hanging rail can be overlapped to shorten the width. This system is more expensive yet less versatile. Some of the features look nicer but without being able to adjust the width it is not as good of a system.

Could be great, but not high in confidence

We bought this expecting an straight forward installation on. Unfortunately there were missing parts, no instructions, and the instructions we found online were not straight forward as they were missing key steps. Even the online instruction videos were not helpful as the installers were able to do things that just aren’t possible, such as snapping the rails into place with ease. If you want a custom closet then pay for a custom closet - this one doesn’t come close.

Good concept failed design

If you have a closet that measures exactly 6 feet. The top rail system is useless. It hits NO stud locations. I had to drill new holes in the top rail so I could hit studs.

Love, love, love this system

We installed this in our laundry room and in the kitchen pantry. Easy to install and can be re-configured easily after installation. Once you purchase the hardware kit, you can purchase as many or as few shelves, rods or baskets as needed. Great quality

Impressive unit but install it carefully

An impressive, well-made and sturdy design, but hubby the engineer says careful, the tolerances are unforgiving. Either you install things exactly straight and aligned and to measurement, or you won't be able to make them fit together well.

Best Rail & Standard System I have used

I am a carpenter and contractor. I have used many different “Rail & Standard” closet systems. The Closet Culture System is plainly superior to others I have used. The steel is substantially higher gauge. Fit and finish is excellent. Accessory items are robust without the “tinnyness” found in many other systems
