Love these. Put two side by side on closet floor. Everything is today and off the floor !

We have several of these. They’re sturdy and fit nicely in the closet space. Assembly is easy.

Went together easily. Didn’t take very long. Got 2 and they fit in my closet very well. I would definitely recommend these shoe organizers.

Exactly what we wanted. little difficult to assemble. Had to put scotch tape on the little plugs to hold them in while I inserted the screws. Worked great. Happy with it.

Overall, very disappointed and I will likely refrain from future purchases of Closet Maid laminated products. Not a good value either as the shoe organizer was expensive and cheaply made.

Hardware provided never matches the holes drilled

They can never match the holes with the hardware supplied. I've bought 3, the first two, the back support had to be re-drilled to fit the dowels. The latest one, the holes for the cams are way too big and the whole unit is very unstable. I'd rather make the dowel holes bigger than have the cams falling out.

Pieces fit too loosely together requiring you to glue it thus negating the possibility of disassembly at a later time. Shelves were designed too close together so you can't put high-top shoes or boots on them.

Very poorly designed and made. Would not recommend.

Cheap product

Cheap material, all particle board. The second you try to screw in the provided screws the wood splits and breaks. Very wobbly when put together. Very disappointed and will not being buying ClosetMaid ever again.

Easy assembly

A very solid shoe storage shelf. Looks like the photos. I’ve been using it for 2 weeks now. It seems sturdy and well put together.

Great Quality, Incorrect instructions

Very sturdy piece of furniture. Unfortunately, the instructions were incorrect. They told me to glue a dowel in when I wasn’t suppose. When I tried to get it out, it broke off in the hole. I then had to drill it out. Very frustrating.

Piece of garbage that came apart as soon as I picked it up to move into closet.

It should have removeable trays for the shelves. You are going to be putting dirty shoes on it and it's white.

Functional

Functional and fairly easy to assemble but I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the pressed particle board. It looks cheap.

Worth considering

We stacked 3 of these for a total of 9 shelves in my wife's closet remodel. Check the depth of the dowel holes before putting glue on them as a couple were not deep enough and you may need to drill them a bit deeper, don't use a hammer, you can damage the press wood. The wire shoe retainers are a bit high, and sandals and flats can slide under the wire. A work around is to place the shoes heel side first or turn them on their sides. They are sturdy, look good, and store 3-4 pairs per shelf.
