So thick and plush, in love with Coyuchi! So happy I’ve discovered this lovely brand.

Just okay

There is nothing special about this face cloth. If I had seen it in a store first, I would have moved on to other items. It’s thin and not many fibers.

Big disappointment

I must express my disappointment in the cloud loom towel. I purchased a set of four towels earlier this year which were on sale. The tag on the towels says second home leading me to believe that they are made from renewed fabric. The fact that they are renewed was not mentioned when I purchased them online. They are not soft or as plush as described. These towels are overpriced and underwhelming.

Shed, shed and shed some more!

I have washed and dried these towels 6 times. Air fluffed with zero heat several times afterwards to try and tame the shedding. They continue to shed more than I thought was actually possible. It’s grotesque to exit the shower, dry off and have this obscene amount of fuzz in your eyes, nose, mouth. We have to rinse off and use our old towels instead. Such a waste of money!

Perfect everyday towel

The softest, most absorbent towel I've ever experienced! And it still dries quickly. I love the bath sheet size as well!

Great texture

Soft and fluffy. Very absorbent. Lovely texture. The weight is also very nice. I don't care for things to be too thick or too heavy.

A substantive washcloth!

Lovely thick washcloths… I ordered to test for a client and the color is perfect and the texture of the washcloth is fabulous…

The Best Towels Ever!

We love these towels and washcloths! We ordered our first ones three years ago and needed to replenish just our wash clothes as we wash them after only one use! The towels have lasted longer and we wash them too after only one day of use!

THIS IS NOT A FIVE STAR REVIEW!

I am writing this as a 5 star review so others can see that the one star reviews are so far down that you cannot see them. Unfortunately, the customer service and false advertising far out weighs the nice quality of these towels. If you don't have an issue with the towels great if you do good luck getting customer service to respond in a reasonable way and time frame. It takes days to weeks and multiple emails to get a reply that doe not address the issue at all. So disappointed in what could be a great company.

Renewed?

Wondering if all towels say renewed on the tag- I bought these and saw they say that and thought that was only on the discounted site.

Colors do not match

Not once, but TWICE......I was sent the incorrect hand towel color. They do not match the expensive body towels. So frustrating. Then the ask me to drop them off at my nearest store? Then they send me a FedEx label to drop them off at the nearest FedEx store? What an inconvenience. I expect more from Nordstrom. So now, I have two completely different color items because it's just too much of a hassle to deal with a representative who constantly has to speak with "management" to determine what to do next.

Soft and absorbent

I'm happy with these hands towels. They are soft and very absorbent. They also dry quickly unlike other hand towels I've had that are thinner and stay wet after using.
