Works well but it seemed the install chart numbers were not quite right with saying a distance a good bit less than the actual bracket size.
After many attempts, pairing the remotes is impossible! I also order the WIFI/Bluetooth module... no instructions for wiring. I sent a request to customer service at least 4 hours ago. No response.

I would give it six stars if I could! What a wonderful little motor! Some things to note: 1) Super quiet 2) Very strong 3) Easy to install 4) I had no problems with instructions, they are not IKEA style, but if you read thoroughly they are enough. 5) The chain that comes with it is easy. 6) Took about 5-6 hours total to complete the project 7) We drilled holes in cement and inserted cement anchors and this works like a charm. Super strong. 8) Remotes work from really far away. 9) My gate is on an incline but it works perfectly anyways!
With the unit. that makes it easy for me to enter and leave my house with just a push of a button great product
I always recommend to wait several months before you made a review of a product to give an accurate review of it.After several months of use I can tell you that this is a high quality product and I highly recommended it for residential use. Very strong and definitely weather resistant.
Could use a much better set of instructions...very vague . Could have a better inlet in the main body for electric power
