all orders should be returned to the manufscturers
Home Depot and all stores carrying these chairs shoud return it to the manufscturers for wrong design of the fron bar resting the legs. That resting leg bar should be as high as the side ones, and the sides ones even higher. As a designer, this situstion could lead to a libility situation to the manifacturer, or, and he store depending the cotract. The actual bar to rest the legs are too low, promtping future back problems for wohever sits there. Nake sure to take out all the chaors out of shelves. Call me if you have any questions. The design was wrongly done, though the chair is beautiful. Is very unfortunate we need to return them. Please call me back on this.
