Do not order from Kohl's

My order arrived from Kohl's crushed, I contacted them and they sent a replacement, which was also broken, I contacted them again and they said that they had to issue a refund instead of a new tissue box cover. They charged me again for the item before issuing a refund, so I ended up paying for the items were both broken anyway. I ended up ordering this item from Amazon and it came in perfect condition. I will always check Amazon first from now on if it's a breakable item. Very disappointed in the help I received from Kohl's.com, then never receiving my refund.
