I love the bed but the sliver part that holds the bed broke in half fast i been looking everywhere to find the part for it but i love the bed

Side rails made of cheap particle board

This bed is very cute and I loved it until the side rails began to fall in making my bed sink in the middle. After removing the upholstery I found pieces of cheap particle board had broken apart and caused the support structure to fail. I tried calling Coleman furniture to get replacement rails bit the rep told me they can’t sell me replacement parts and I would have to buy a new bed. Very dissapointrd after spending so much money and receive no help from Coleman Furniture.

I absolutely love this furniture set. In person it looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The dressers and night stands are much bigger than I realized which I love as well

This is totally not acceptable.

This is totally not acceptable. I ordered my bedroom set 5/5/20, I received it around 6/30. The delivery company was unable to complete assembly due to manufacturer issues. A technician came out on 7/30 to repair. He was also unable to fix the issue, he suppose to be requesting for another footboard.

Sleeping like a Queen

I purchased this bedroom set as a graduation present to myself & I could not be any happier! If you are looking for a set that is going to stand out, this is definitely the one for you. The velvet is unique and stunning, while the grey is just classy. Also, the quality & detail is impeccable (I inspected this set with a fine tooth comb & there was nothing that I would change or worry about). I also purchased the 5 year protection plan for my furniture to give me piece of mind that if an accidental spill or scuff happens, that they will come out & fix it for me!

The deanna grey upholstered set is beautiful .... I love love love it, it looks great in my bedroom ... can you recommend any cleaning product to clean and maintain it please

I love this bedroom set. It’s actually more gorgeous up close. The delivery and set up was great.

Terrible quality.

The quality is terrible. The night stand was literally falling apart as my husband was putting it together. Holes were drilled crooked so all of the hardware sits crooked. The slider on the nightstand ripped off. Bed slats arrived damaged as well.

My order took 2 weeks

My order took 2 weeks which was awesome due to it saying 4-6 weeks than 8 plus weeks however came in early also the white glove was included and they did awesome as well clean up behind self

It's GRAND

I love this bed. It screams Queen Dreams. You either have to have a large room or be willing to sacrifice space. If you are looking for the dramatic effect, you will have it with The Deanna Grey bed.
