Not Great
Needed a coat rack to use until I could make one myself. Coat rack arrived with shipping damage on one corner. Bought touch up paint since we didn’t want to wait on a replacement. Board is made of MDF and predrilled for drywall anchors. Locations did not line up with studs so had to drill 2 additional holes for support. I will replace with a real wood rack as soon as possible.
What I got is not what I ordered
Based on the photos and description, I thought I was buying a 45" white coat rack with 8 tri-hooks. Instead, I got a small box with 7 (not 8) tri-hooks. Very angry and upset.
First time buyer, last time buyer
I ordered two of these and one was missing a hook, and the other was damaged. I'm pretty bummed because this was my first time buying here and I thought I would continue to buy for many future home products. Not so much.
