Great chair. Frame and caning are very well done. Upholstering is good too, but the one thing that could be should be improved is the quality of the fabric. I have a mid-range sofa in velvet, the quality of which is far better than what’s on this chair. Its thread count is very low and subsequently doesn’t have the luster or the nap that even a mid-range velvet has. However the seat and back cushion can be easily flipped, which will extend their life. In all, I t’s a great shape, good size and very comfortable and therefore a good buy.
