I love this couch! It is stunning in person! It’s comfortable and my family and I love curling up and watching movies on it. I have received so many compliments from friends and family about it. It came in a timely manner and the white glove delivery was awesome and so convenient.

The Bella is Exceptional

Our white Bella leather sectional arrived a bit earlier than we expected and it was even better than we imagined. The delivery folks set it up in in short order and we were immediately struck by the quality, resilience, and beauty of the leather. This is a real statement piece! It's very comfortable for us and the dogs to stretch out on and we can't wait to show it off at a party. We expect many years of comfort from our Bella Leather Sectional.

Our perfect couch

We looked for a long time to find the right sectional for our family. We have a narrow but long living room so it made it difficult to find something that would fit & still provide enough seating for the 6 of us. This couch is exactly what we've been needing! Great quality leather, beautifully made & fits perfect in our space. I only wish we'd found it sooner!

Wonderful family sectional

Like others, I was hesitant to purchase a sectional unseen. However, we couldn't be happier! It looks great and is very comfortable. My only regret is that we didn't buy it sooner. It was a very positive experience, all around.

Exactly what we were looking for

We love this sectional, it fit perfectly into our living room. It's a little bit on the firmer side but we like it that way. The seat depth is about 22 inches so it's not super deep. It's very easy to put together. Leather feels very nice and looks beautiful.

sofa is good, but I ordered and paid for the inside my home delivery, setting up and hauling away the boxes. The delivery driver said it showed signature only on the order, so he just left all of the boxes. I had to assemble and haul off the boxes. I already left this note on BBB but no one has called or refunded the install price is paid.

Very pleased

Excellent quality - Excellent Customer Service ! Bought the symmetrical sectional. The white glove delivery was easy to track, and problem free. I contacted C.S for an additional piece to make it into the L shaped sectional and ordered the ottoman as well. Customer service was excellent and even though the ottoman is back ordered, that is not holding up the deliver of the additional piece. Would highly recommend this sectional for quality and comfort, and would highly recommend this company.

Great sectional!

This sectional is great! I've never made this type of online purchase before. I won't usually make an online purchase until after I've physically seen and handled whatever item it happens to be. So, I was a little nervous. Everything went pretty smooth from beginning to end. The purchase process, online updates, delivery and assembly, was all great. Even the delivery guys were very cordial but professional. They got everything assembled in record time and cleaned up everything! I highly recommend Hydeline. Thanks again.

Easy peasy....

Ordered my sectional and received it earlier than anticipated. The white glove service delivery people were so wonderful and put together our couch. The sectional is beautiful and we love the leather. So far so good!

Beautiful

This is a beautiful sofa. The leather is soft and although the cushions are more firm that I like, I don't think they'll ever sag. I ordered in navy and love the color, but I kept having doubts about it -- my main concerns: Will it soften up, no way to know for sure and I wanted it softer. Will the leather stretch a lot - there was some stretching in the first couple of weeks that concerned me on the seat cushion and back. I definitely loved the look but decided to send it back because of my doubts. Now, the day after it's gone, I wish I had kept it. I still have my previous sofa and when I put it back in the living room I was like.. what was I thinking sending that sofa back?? Maybe I'll buy it again or contact the company to see if they will bring the one I just returned back. I have been shopping - thinking seeing one in a showroom would make a difference but the biggest differences I"ve seen are twice the price and not as good looking. Customer service is great all the way from sending swatches to delivery (delivery service good too) to return.
