Really nice ottoman…

Really nice ottoman online and in person. The only thing I didn’t like was the brown wood legs, wish they were black it would look much better.

Great for extra storage

I got 2 of the blue/gray paisley and I absolutely love them! The design and fabric are very nice. They’re so sturdy and it’s a great size, I use one to store all my stationary/notebooks etc, and the other for storing some of my make up and it just makes my room look more put together.

color not as pictured

I ordered this because it looks blue in the picture. It is not at all blue, but is very gray. Now I have to pay * dollars to send it back because the color is not as it appears. It was a nice size and seemed sturdy so if it had been the right color, I would have kept it.

Awesome Ottoman

Ottoman is so easy to put together! All you have to do is put the legs together. It is a light shade of blue with grey taupe color. It has storage - love it! It is not overly large and the perfect size.

Love this item. Wish there was better/more cushioning/padding in the top piece, but we often fight over who gets to put their feet up on this guy. Great addition to a room where you need some extra oomph/pizazz and the additional storage for blankets, photo albums, whatever is really handy.

blue and white print

This is avery pretty pale blue and white paisley design . The top comes off . Yu put on the 4 little legs using an allen wrench . It is easy and they enclose stick on rounds so it wont scrath your floor . Just what i wanted to complement my blue chair .

This ottoman is beautiful! I bought two of them. The color on the website seems lighter, almost periwinkle. The actual color is a deeper blue—almost navy and oatmeal. Wooden legs are a classy touch! I only gave it 4 stars because one of the ottomans’ lid did not sit securely on the base. It fell through the first time a 135lb lady sat on it. The top is just a tad small for the base. I’m returning it and getting another one because I love it so much!

Great Ottoman with Storage

I received this footstool/ottoman quicker than expected. It arrived in good condition. The legs were easily attached with a simple screw into predrilled holes. The color is a little more "blue" than the photo shows, but that worked well for me. I didn't realize it was also a storage unit which was an extra bonus. Fairly sturdy, good quality material and a nice addition to my living room.

Funky and fun

I bought two of these and set them next to one another in front of a love seat. They double as foot stools and storage, and because they are flat, they can hold just about everything (except drinks, of course. Why risk a spill on the fabric?) They have kept their shape even with the heavy use. I will say that the fabric is slightly different that in this picture. The pattern isn't as "clear", I guess I might say, as in the image on the website. But it is very pleasant just the same.

I like the ottoman I ordered , however, I thought I had a choice of grey or blue. I have a green and grayish chair and the grey paisley looked like a good match. When I received the ottoman, it was a true blue. I was disappointed, but I realized I had read the color choice incorrectly. It is a good depth for holding books or knitting bag, so I decided to keep ii instead of returning it. Vicki

I ordered two of this ottoman and it met my expectations of it. I needed two small ottomans to go with two accent chairs for my sun room which is a small room. The quality of the ottoman is actually pretty decent except for the legs. When screwing in the legs to the base some of the wood at the top of the leg started to chip off. It was very minor and not noticeable because of being underneath but still chipped nonetheless. The storage room inside of it was larger than expected as it is the entire inside of the ottoman, top to bottom and side to side. Good purchase for the price and what I needed.

I received my foot stool yesterday, granddaughter put it together in less then 5 minutes, & was first to try it. We all fell in love with it, plus all friends that stopped by. Any one asking about ottomans I'll give them the email address & a catalog so they can see all the choices they can find. The material & gorgeous design will go with almost any style(s) your home is decorated in. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

perfect choice for my family room

My original plan was to slide this ottoman under a side table when not in use but I love the color and the fabric and so I leave it "front and center" all the time. The storage area is an added bonus. I tuck the tv schedule and the remotes inside along with the latest novel I am reading and they are out of site but close at hand. It seems to be sturdy enough for seating an adult as well.

I bought two of these ottomans and I love them. The pattern is even better in person. I thought the white was going to be a bright white but it's actually a natural white/linen color which is much more forgiving. They fit a good amount of storage and are comfortable enough for extra seats if needed.

This Carson Carrington Hnifsdalur square Storage Ottoman with wood legs reminded me of the only my grand parents had in their living room when the boxes arrived all you have to do is take off the top and you'll see all four legs are inside of a box and than you see when the legs suppose to go and bang! your Ottoman is ready to go. This is a beautiful ottoman and I love how easy it was to put together and I received many compliments .

All we had to do to put these together was attach the legs. The fabric is a muted print, perfect to go with a navy sofa with assorted colorful pillows. These are easy to move, great for extra seating, sturdy and able to be used as a coffee table, until we get one, with the addition of a tray on top. All in all I couldn't be happier with these. I would not have needed two of them had I known the first sofa I ordered was out of stock. The one we ended up with has an ottoman end to it, so we only need one ottoman for another person's feet. But it is a useful object and takes up little space so I'm happy to keep the extra.

I had seen these at another retailer for twice the price! The color is a little dustier of a blue than the photo shows, which was perfect for me. I have a small cottage, so I love the extra storage. I purchased two to go with my apartment size sofa and I can set them right next to each other to look like a single piece, or have two extra seats if I have company. I can pull one over by my rocker if I want and there is still one for anyone sitting on the sofa, so I have a ton of flexibility. Arrive really fast and the only assembly is to screw on the legs.

These look very nice in my living room, I ordered 4 of them. For the price, they are well made and attractive, and hold blankets beautifully. I'm not big on bad reviews, but for this item, I must warn others that these smell terrible. I took them out of the box a week ago, and they smelled a bit musty. I was so sure they'd air out and be fine. I sprayed a little fabreze on the outside of them, put a dryer sheet in the bottom of each before placing blankets in there and figured time and fresh air would do the rest. A week later, I grabbed a blanket, and the whole room smells musty. I don't think the odor is going away on any of these. The boxes they arrived in are long gone, and I'm not sure how to contact a seller on Overstock.com, but I wish they could be replaced. I don't know how long we can tolerate the strong musty damp smell.I really do regret this purchase.

Nice ottoman

This is exactly what I wanted! It's small enough to fit in the space I need, and the perfect height for a leg rest with a chair. It comes with the four legs unattached, but needing to be screwed into holes on the bottom of the ottoman. It's really easy. However, my only concern is that one of the legs didn't screw in tightly and remains slightly wobbly. Otherwise I would have marked this with 5 stars.
