Was used at a festival one time and had to throw away and borrow pans from our camp neighbors because these pans tried to poison us. The nonstick coating came off the pan and onto our food

This set is absolutely perfect for our camper! The 3 different sizes allow for the perfect meal while camping! We use this on the stove in our camper and it works great! Be careful as the handles do get hot. Make sure you use an oil as well as they aren’t non stick. They are still easy to clean though!

Burning on first use

Put this on the gas burner to test it out and smoked out my whole kitchen. It can’t handle even low burner settings and smells like burning plastic. Terrible quality

Great size!

The size is great for a family. The fact that they nest makes for easier packing and uses less space.

I used the family cook set with the triton burner. As you can see in the photos, the non-stick burned and peeled out! This is very dangerous as it is poisonous. The burner was set very low as well. I strongly do not recommend.

Lightweight and larger than I expected. They can scorch easily if the heat is too high.

Do not buy! The Teflon coating immediately started to come off after first use! I found flakes in my baked beans. That’s poisonous!

Reviews are harsh

We have used this cookware for several years. Is it the same quality as our $1,000 stainless and aluminum clad induction friendly regular kitchen set? Obliviously not. Is it useful for careful cooking and close monitoring on either a propane stove or an open fire when out at a campsite where nest-able lightweight pots are appreciated? Why, YES! Yes, it is. Coleman is a good, reliable brand. Would I want to use it to climb Mt. Everest? I'm not sure. Would I trust Coleman for our summer adventures car camping? Every. Day. Of. The. Week. Coleman is always "good enough" which is almost always exactly what I need.

6 - piece cookware horrible experience

bought this as a Christmas present to my husband, first time using it on my new Coleman stove camping in a remote area. Boiling water only, the pan flaked on the outside and rusted on the inside in one use..... disaster, no more hot food on that trip

Teflon peeling off after 1st use.....

The family cookware set seems to have an issue with the Teflon coating peeling off after the first use.

A year of use

I like the size of these pans with the detachable handle. The issues I have seen with this. Is after cleaning the pans a few times, the non stick surfaces has come off and the steel will rust if water is left in it, for drying.

Affordable but poor quality do not buy

Used once on a camping trip and the finish came off and we did not want to eat from it. Very disappointed.
