Coleman converta cot

A little disappointing product...The legs do not "lock" into position. First time I used the cot it collapsed. Use caution when shifting position on this cot. Expected more from a name such as Coleman

Supports don't lock

One side lays lower than the other, so i put that on the foot end. We do not enjoy that supports do not lock in place so if someone sits on an end the thing collapses. I do like the convenience of a quick set up cot, it's comfortable to sleep on and to use as a chair, and the size is perfect.

Coleman’ convertible cot

The cot was wide and nice but the levels of elevating the head damaged easy! Tried the next level and the plastic kept breaking! If that was a way to fix that this would be a great product! I returned it and have no pictures to show.

It was well built and what I needed. A little heavier than I thought.

Poor quality, safety issues

I used this cot outside in my yard maybe 15-20 times and today as I sat up it tore along the seam. I weigh 85 lbs. someone heavier might have fallen through. I’ve also pinched my hand trying to adjust the recline positions. I expect better quality fruit m this brand.

Review of Converta cots

Very stiff and uncomfortable. Hard to unfold. Bought 2 of these cots and 1 of them keeps collapsing when you lay down. Would return but I got rid of the boxes they came in.

Great chairs

It’s good for camping and just resting.

It broke due to Sun exposure, i think if I used it 20 times it was a lot

Disappointed

I have had my chair a little less than a month, I weigh 125lbs and the chair has already ripped at the seims, I thought purchasing from Coleman I would receive a better quality Converta cot, and now I am left without nothing. :(

Dangerous, poor quality product.

We will be making a report with the Consumer Product Safety Commission. If you want your families fingers to be chopped off, this is the right product. Very dangerous collapsible legs, pinch points. In addition, the cots begin to rip immediately after use

I’ve only used it twice and I bring it in when I’m done with it we’ll see how long it lasts other people have been complaining about how they rip

Very nice material and very sturdy. Doesn’t give when you lay on it too long and with a nice topper on it will be a decent sleep. It’s slim and easy to move. Not hard to put together or put up.

Poorly made, fabric tears

As others have noted, the fabric tore along the seam after maybe 5-10 uses by adults weighing less than 200 lb. Terrible quality fabric.

Poor design. Damage after first use. Waste of money.

It serves the purpose

The price and brand is affordable and reliable. As a secondary resting place it serves the purpose. It is well made though it’s a bit creaky when using. Overall it’s a good purchase , sturdy and I recommend.

Comfy cot!

Works great. Comfy and holds a six-inch foam mattress.
