This is our drama piece for our dining room. We have several styles and to me this piece just blends right in. I really like the extra storage and I removed one of the shelves because I like to put out larger pieces of decor. It came in two very large boxes But was set up in minutes. If I needed the other pieces, I would buy everything Magnolia Manor makes.

My wall unit is beautiful! I ordered this online, and a store employee sent text messages to schedule delivery and keep me updated on everything. The unit came faster than expected and in perfect shape. The delivery men were professional and friendly. Overall it was a great experience!

Horrible Experience with Customer Service

What a nightmare! We paid the extra shipping to have the pieces brought into our home by two delivery people. The hutch was missing molding and was cracked. I worked with customer service through email. A new hutch was delivered by ONE delivery person. The hutch is way too big and heavy for one person to handle. He delivered by pallet to our garage and told us the manifest didn't specify TWO delivery people. So, now, several phone calls to OVERSTOCK asking for TWO delivery people to come out and remove the damaged hutch and bring the replacement in from the garage, we are sitting with a new hutch in the garage (that we don't know whether it's damaged or not) and a damaged hutch in our home. This has been going on for a month!! Every representative says a manager is NOT available and we need to wait 3-4 business days for a reply. This has been a horrible experience on an otherwise nice piece of furniture. Less

I love the coastal beach feeling of this Magnolia Manor buffet and hutch. It has enough open area to display dishes and enough storage area with doors to keep other items for serving.

This buffet is gorgeous!!! Even nicer than the pics. It is very heavy, sturdy, and well built! It comes put together in two pieces and was set up at delivery.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!! I ordered this item and paid cash from a local furniture stores 3 months later I still did not have it. I called and they told me they had no idea when I would get the item, that is could be August. I requested my money back and started my search. I got the exact item I had ordered in 3 weeks, with FREE delivery. The ***** was going to charge me ***.00 to deliver and more if I wanted it set up. The item was packaged safely and easy to open. The delivery personal placed it inside my house because where I wanted to be placed was by the door and I only have one step for them to come into the house. That was more than helpful to me as I live alone. The guys were as nice as can be and very very careful.
