Gorgeous bench, exactly as pictured. Houzz customer service was wonderful working through a shipping challenge.

The box looked liked it was shipped via a wrecking ball. Did not care for the bench at all.

It is hit or miss. We like it overall.

This is a really lovely, cute bench. It is covertable to sit on. We use it as an ottoman and it works ok for that. The first version I received had an obvious manufacturing error. They claim it was a shipping error, but it was plain for everyone in my family that it almost certainly happened at the manufacturing level so their quality control isn't top notch. The second one we received is in good shape overall. The fabric does shed somewhat so be prepared. You will have to trim it like a dog at least the first few days.
