Dont buy this from Toys r us

I purchased this from toysrus online. After paying I was informed it was a final sale. The box was taped together and damaged. The clerk said it's shipped like this. I will be opening it soon and if there's an issue toysrus won't fix it.

Even in the cold !

We bouht the "jumping Castle" as described by my grandchildren, and we use it summer and winter, yes winter. I am in Toronto, ON, Canada and on sunny cold/brisk weekends I'll put it up when the kids come over and they have a real good time with snow; the bouncer has no rips, no seem damage, the blower works good, excllent quality, thank you. I guess maybe it has to do with the packing and storage I do, but still thank you for a great product.

Very Happy with my Purchase

My 4-year-old grandson loves it. I love it because it's easy to put up and put away, is well-made and seems durable, and because I got it on sale at a great price. I would indeed recommend this product and I would recommend Toys R Us.

Great bouncer! Been a few weeks since I bought it and my daughter (4 yr old) just loves it. Pretty good size and holds the air with out any issues. There are few spots where it leaks air but apparently this is normal according to the product manual and pump is not too noisy. I purchased the bouncer at regular price and noticed that the price was marked down right after couple weeks as discount but Amber at TOYSRUS matched the price and did the price adjustments without any hassle. Would recommend the product with out any hesitation.

We got this three years ago for my sons birthday party in our yard. I highly suggest you out a tarp under it to extend the life of the bounce house. It only take a couple extra minutes to setup and take down, but it is worth doing. Also I never let kids go in the bounce house with shoes on. I think we also have technically had up to 6 or 7 kids inside ranging from 3-9 years of age. I have also gone in with a couple of kids and I weigh 195lbs, and they weigh together maybe 75lbs, so you can go over the limit a bit. Although I was just lying in it and not jumping.
