Factory quality at a fair price.
It is the factory product but not as expensive as buying it direct from the factory in this case. The reason I ordered it was to replace my original set. The arm cushions do eventually crack and chunks fall out. I wish there was an easy way to get just the top armrest cushions. The arms themselves will probably never wear out.
These adjustable arms are wonderful! Just mount the squeezable adjustment devices toward the back...
These adjustable arms are wonderful! Just mount the squeezable adjustment devices toward the back. The directions did not include that bit of information, which would have saved mounting, trying out, and removing and remounting. Whoever invented these arms should live happily ever after, for the nicely padded rests, adjusted to the perfect height, are PERFECT.
