The chair is very well made and is beautiful. Friends who have seen it for the first time in my living room have commented on what a beautiful piece of furniture it is. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the white glove delivery team did a very careful and excellent job of getting the item in my condo building and to my unit, unpacking it, placing it in my living room, and removing all the packing material. I can recommend purchase of this chair and the white glove delivery service.

This is a very pretty chair. The pattern and color is beautiful. It’s smaller than I thought but has good back support. I think they’re a little expensive for the size. We’ll see how they wear.

Product Photos not accurate

This is a nice chair - sturdy and comfy for the price point. Nicer quality than many similarly priced chairs. 3 stars because the upholstery on the chair I received is significantly different than the product photo (photo shows cranberry paisley on cranberry background - what I got was a cranberry paisley on a black background). No way to contact the seller and Home Depot says only thing I can do is exchange it and hope what comes back is correct. Poor customer service.

Lost Chair Found

This is a very well made chair. This is a perfect accent chair by the fire place. Visually it is just amazing. I'm very happy with this purchase. If you want a wing back this is your chair. I'm pushing 60 but this chair takes me right back to my grandparents house in the early and mid sixties. Very nice chair. Get it.

Excellent chairs and a great value.

I was very pleased with these chairs. They are comfortable and stylish. I did not see any defects. They were packaged very well. The delivery driver was very friendly and .helped move the chairs into the garage. He also helped with removing the shipping materials to inspect the chairs for any damage. The boxes had very minor evidence of shipping damage. I would say normal expected from handling. My only delta was the promised delivery date. My credit card was charged and I received a message saying my order was shipped and a tracking number provided. The delivery date was aggressive and I was skeptical, eight days from NC to CA. The delivery date came and went with no chairs delivered. A week later,I contacted Hayneedle and was assured the chairs were shipped and had arrived in my area. I was told I would be contacted the next day to make a delivery appointment. The next day I did not received any call. I emailed Hayneedle again explaining the second time a promise went unfulfilled. I was again told I would be contacted the next day to make an appointment for delivery. Again, no call received. The next email I sent, I wanted to cancel my order and full credit to my account. I received another email explaining the shipment was in my area, and if I wanted to cancel I would be fully responsible for shipping charges and reroute fee for the return. I was feeling unsure if the order was shipped. In summary, the chairs were ordered on 4/7/17, shipped on 4/19/17 with delivery date of 4/27/17.Contacted on 5/2/17 when the chairs had not arrived. Contacted again on 5/10/17 was told I would be contacted on 5/11/17.Emailed again when I received no call. I was contacted by email on 5/15/17 and again told the shipment was in my area. Contacted again by Hayneedle on 5/17/17 and told I could contact the freight co to make an appointment for deliver. I called the company and made the appointment. Beautiful, but short

When I bought this, solid colors were not available, or I was unaware of them. I NEVER would have picked out "Paisley". However, its a very nice paisley. My chief disappointment was how short it was. All other wing chairs I've ever had (and I've had a few) were much taller in the back. So if thats a consideration for you- try a different model. Now, that being said, I do not regret the purchase. It is beautiful!

Squatty, but beautiful

I love a nice wing chair, instead of recliners. I like to sit bolt upright. I have a rather contemporary eggplant colored sofa and love seat. This chair fits in beautifully. I wasn't sure about the paisley upholstery..but...gorgeous. To be perfect, I would like a taller back. However, I think this chair might be in keeping with the original wing chairs. Remember? The wings were supposed to protect our ancestors faces from drafts..LOL
