These were easily unpacked with no assembly. Fabric and color were just what I expected. About 6 months after use the swivel glider was rubbing. Thought about returning but instead my husband turned it over, removed the bottom cover to reveal the swiveler mechanism and saw it was poorly connected. He secured it better and it swivels good for now. Hope it stays.

Swivel breaks

This chair stopped swiveling just shortly after the 30 day return policy. Walmart cannot help at that point so we contacted the company. They refused refund or replacement and instead claimed a one time exception to replace the base. They did this based on our video clip of how it doesn’t swivel and several back and forth emails. Base did not correct issue and so now I am stuck with a broken chair for the pair I bought. Would not buy again, or any other products as the company only partially stands behind them for 30 days.

This chair is high quality at a great price! Love the fabric and the swivel. It is a lovely addition to our updated living room!

This is an attractive and sturdy little swivel chair. The chair is well made. For a smaller person, it has proven to be very comfortable. The shipping from Houzz was surprisingly fast, and the chair arrived without any issue. I am pleased with this purchase.

Awesome chair!

I have to say this is one of the nicest accent chairs I have seen. It looks even better in person (charcoal color) than in the photo. Feels like great solid quality in both structure and fabric. It is very comfortable with good under leg extension. Removable pillow is a nice touch with a zipper (for washing the cover). When you sit back you almost get a bit of a slight recline feel. Swivel movement is very smooth and even. Packaging was perfect. Shipping time was incredibly fast!

attractive, comfortable small chair

The Reese Oatmeal Wood Base Swivel Chair is even more attractive than we expected: the fabric is soft but well-woven, suggesting it will be durable, and the neutral "oatmeal" color is neither too gray or too beige. We chose this chair partly because of its small size and low profile, and it is exactly what we wanted for the very limited space we had to work with (it is the second "comfy" chair in a room with a recliner, TV, and small home office). So far we find it comfortable: a small pillow at the back makes it more so. Although we have had the chair just two days, we are so far delighted with the great fit with our needs. Delivery was reasonably rapid and we were alerted to the stages of shipping, out for delivery, etc. Altogether a good experience ordering this through Houzz.
