No I would not buy this one again

I purchased this chair in red two years ago after a lot of research and being very careful about the type of recliner I wanted. I don't let anyone touch it. I sit in it maybe five hours a week. The reclining lever popped inside today when I tried to recline it. It won't recline at all. I called to speak to customer service who basically said no warranty because I didn't purchase it and "sorry" wow thanks finger hut! I also paid more than the current price. I've been very careful to take great care of it, it's always been a problem to keep the back in reclined position because I don't weigh enough I guess and it's now useless except as a rocker yay

better than I dared hope!

I needed a chair! I shopped! I calculate that I must have spent more than 20 hours online searching. There was something wrong each time I chose one. Delivery wouldn't bring it into the house, it didn't come in the color I wanted, the price was way too high, Then I found houzz! It arrived today and I am thrilled! The chair is perfect for my needs, delivery was seamless, and I love it!

I love the recliner, color etc. But when you sit...

I love the recliner, color etc. But when you sit and lean back the two side cushions pop off which is so frustrating. They slide down into two grove things but the grove things do not lock the cushions in. Any suggestions would be great.

Snug and Comfortable

The chair is perfect as a accent piece because of its color and size. The size is not overwhelming ....I had one of those.... its compact perfect for a small space or in my case a accent piece for its color. It's rich in color just like the picture. It reclines with ease. It took some getting use to because I'm use to over size chairs with ottomans.

Broke after a few months

It rocks more like a glider and mine broke within a few months and I don’t have little kids, just me and I’m 110 pds so no excuse for this except bad quality. It makes a terrible clicking noise and is really hard to rock. I’ve tried everything to fix it but nothing works. It’s on the smaller side for a rocking chair but it is comfortable when reclined. I gave 2 stars because I bought it for a rocking chair not a recliner but if you want a recliner it’s nice.

This is the exact same recliner being sold for as much as $975.00 at Macy's and other retailer's, at a variety of prices, much more than this seller though. The chair is a decent size that sits comfortably with a full size adult. The color is actually a burgundy red, not an orange red that appears in the picture. Construction is sturdy and decent. Chair is extremely easy to assemble. Some have mentioned that there is some type of undesirable smell, neither of mine have a bad odor and they came from different warehouses. I bought 2. I am pleased with the recliner. They look expensive and like real leather.

TO LARGE FOR OLDER SMALLER PERSON.

THE ROCKER RECLINER IS WAY TO LARGE FOR 5'8'' PERSON. THE RECLINER HAS A FLIP OPEN DEVICE AND NOT A LEVER. SO GETTING OUT OF THE CHAIR IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME. IF IT HAD THE LEVER INSTEAD OF THE SWITCH OPEN DEVICE I COULD USE IT AS A RECLINER. PLUS IT ROCKS WHEN CLOSING. NOT GOOD.

Cute chair but very strong odor

Got this delivered and put together today. Very easy assembly. But it smells so bad like mold. Maybe it was the warehouse it was in...have done all the tricks

Beautiful, comfortable, slide together easy assembly, affordable. My kitty claimed it immediately! I agree that it is for smaller size people. I am 5 feet 2 inches and weigh 130 pounds, there is not much seat space or foot length if you are taller or heavier.

Great except for footrest.

Great chair. Only issue is going from reclining to sitting up. You need some real calf muscle strength to get that foot rest back snapped in place. You almost need someone to lay on the floor and push it in. If a person has weak legs they won't be able to do it.. Very hard to do. Other than that, it's great.

ACME really outdid itself with their Zuriel. First time in years that my husband and I have agreed on the same piece without reservation. Our Zuriel Recliner had us competing for who gets the top drawer though. That was easily rectified another Zuriel Recliner!
