The product itself is fine enough. Honestly, it reminds me of the pan Rapunzel uses to hit Flynn with in Tangled. It is heavy duty- sturdy. I ordered this product on 12/11 and didn’t get it till 1/7 despite the 12/18 delivery date. Customer service wasn’t helpful- just said it was delayed, even when I called.

I bought this weeks ago and I love it! I also purchased one for my granddaughter who loves to cook.She has FaceTime me using it and was so happy that I bought it for her. It works great and easy to handle not only for pancakes but breakfast sausage at the same time.
