Totes is always dependable

Umbrella was cute and sturdy. It handled the rain and wind beautifully.

Very poor quality

Very poor quality. The fabric is already separating from the frame after only half a dozen uses. I purchased a totes 15 years ago and it lasted under regular use until recently. This totes is absolutely NOT worth purchasing. This is not a quality product I have come to know

Bit big

I’d recommend getting the slightly smaller one. This is like a couples umbrella. It’s quite overly large when open.

Broke on second use

This seemed like a nice umbrella, unfortunately the second time I used it, the wind caught it and snapped one of the support brackets.

Beautiful Totes Umbrella

I absolutely love this Totes umbrella. It is so very easy to open and close. I would recommend this umbrella to anyone. It is the very best!

Pretty good umbrella

I’ve had it for a month or so now and I like it. It’s large so it doesn’t fit in the side pocket of my book bag but I don’t mind holding it by the strap

no sleeve for carrying

While the photos show that a sleeve is provided for storage, there is none. I have used Totes before and purchased them before. When I picked this one up, it was open and loosely packed. Looks like it might have been a return. Not very satisfied.

Mismarked item!

Beware of the tagged specs. The tag on the Totes umbrella I bought listed the width at 47" which is what I wanted.

Opens in blown out position

This umbrella is very frustrating. It opens in the blown out position and needs to be pushed down to use it. When closing the sections get stuck on one another and it is lopsided. I do not recommend this version. We have an older totes umbrella that is much, much better.

InBrella Reverse Close Folding Umbrella

It gives good coverage. The opening and closing mechanism works well. It's larger than my previous Tote umbrella so will not fit in my handbag, but it's great that the wet side is inside when the umbrella is closed.

A Rainy Day Essential

I will not be without my totes reverse umbrella. It is strong, sturdy and portable so it is always in my bag or briefcase. Item is also very pretty. I even have the tall reverse umbrella. They are great for getting in and out of the car.

Perfect All Purpose Umbrella

I purchased this umbrella to take on a bus tour to northern Michigan. The umbrella folds very small and fit well in my backpack. When open, the umbrella is large enough for full coverage from heavy rain. It was exactly what I need.

Beautiful umbrella

I was looking for a pretty, flowery umbrella and this is perfect. A lot of the reverse umbrellas I see online have patterns only on the inside, and black outside. This one has a two-sided pattern and it’s beautiful. It operates the same as every Totes folding umbrella I’ve ever had. Push a button to open, push the button to close, and then manually push the stem down into the handle to reset the spring. Nothing complicated. I was pleasantly surprised that this is bigger than my old folding umbrella. I’m very happy with this purchase. Totes has always been my go-to brand for umbrellas.

Wish sky pattern was nicer

I bought the sky pattern and am really disappointed. I was expecting more of a photo of the sky or something that resembled real clouds. Instead it looks more like something that's tie-dyed - it's very splotchy. It doesn't look like clouds at all. I opened and closed it a few times and that part worked fine, though you do need to push on it with your hands from both ends to fully close it since the down arrow only closes the canopy. I haven't used it in the rain yet.

I've never had an umbrella that opens AND closes with a push of a button. This one does, though, and will be so handy. I am usually carrying something besides an umbrella so only using one hand to close will be great. Very easy to use and has broad coverage.
