Tested it when I received it. I didn't expect it to be smaller than my old Coleman battery operated lantern. It my be smaller, but it's a lot brighter.

Not Just A Camping Light

I had a belt break on my JEEP. It was going to be dark when I could replace it myself. I remembered my camping lamp and brought it with me. It was a life saver. I got my car fixed and saved a bunch of money. The next test will be camping out.

The brightness of the light is what I was wanting. I like it because it is rechargeable.

The one I got was the one.It can not be recharged and came with no batterys.But since I already had the 3 D batterys I put them in place and It worked great.So I am glad I got this one because.The one I got in Jan 2021 can be recharged.But the plug in to charge did not last for about 6 months with use.So I will give this one a try.Now I will have to use more batterys with use.But this Lattern itself should last longer.Just make sure and get plenty of D batterys.For as long as you think you will use it.Say camping or anywhere the power maybe out.It can also be used in a car or cloesed space.Just make sure it does not get hot during storage.Don't place in a hot area.And when not in use take the batterys out.
