Unexpectedly powerful.

Wanted to dry out a leaky basement in a rental property -- basement made of stone, 800 sqft. Property was leaky and moldy. Door to exterior had 2 inch gap at bottom and jamb seal was lousy too. So I rented an LGR and plugged it in.

I would buy this product again and highly recommend it !

We had a sever mold problem in the new house I had built, following remediation of the mold the contractor recommended using 2 dehumidifiers (one for each floor of the home) until corrections could be made to the poor quality of the HVAC system installed as well as bad installation of the ducts. The humidity in the home was 86% before using the dehumidifiers and now within a normal range now.

Compact, light, and highly effective

I use dehumidifiers to dry lumber. The water pump on my previous unit (from another manufacturer) broke (It was probably my fault), and I needed a replacement quickly. I called Sylvane for advice, ordered this Dri-Eaz Revolution, and was amazed at the service. Very happy with dehumidifier so far. Been using it consistently for about a month now and have not had issues. It has significantly reduced the humidity level in the crawl space.

Does What it is Supposed To Do

Using this in a damp basement that normal so called "Large Capacity" dehumidifiers could not maintain 50% RH humidity in basement.

Great product

I work in the apartment maintenance and practice product because the company that I used to clean when an apartment gets flooded charges me 50 bucks a day to have this in the unit. So it is saving us a lot of money

Fully intend on puchasing this dehumidifier again.

I had originally rented one of these units to help dry a basement as we were drywalling it. It helped dry our work in a day or so versus 2 to 3 days it normally takes when finishing basement walls and ceilings. I was impressed by the unit so I purchased one for my drywall contracting business.

So far I am delighted with this dehumidifier. My basement has always been damped and this Spring it flooded. When I installed the Dri-Eaz the humidity in the basement was 89%. Within 10 days it was down to 49%. It works great, is reasonably quiet and in short, it just getting the job done. Excellent

Good unit. I purchase and rehab houses to turn into rental units. Part of the process is drying out the basement. I was lugging around home-based dehumidifers and it was getting old. This unit is pretty light-weight and ridgid, so pieces aren't falling off of it when you move it. Being square, it stacks nicely. It dehumidifies really good. My mold abatement guy saw it and said that's what he uses. It takes a lot of water out of the air and pumps it far. Overall I am happy. If there's one thing I would change it would be to add a set of rear wheels and a pull up handle like a suitcase.
