Great for small cabins

I bought about 10 of these a year ago. I installed them in some small 1 bed 1 bath cabins. They have done a great job, even with several cabins that have a full bathtub. I don't think it might be good enough to do a washer machine and tub at the same time, but one appliance or two sinks should be fine. You have to use the 70amp breaker and the #6 gauge electric wire to hook them up, but they are pretty simple. The instructions can be lacking, and the phone support can be frustrating, but I've only had issues with two of them. The main thing is the screen will often switch to celcius or something, and you have to mess with the buttons to switch it back. Also, maintenance the filter on the inlet outlet about every 6 months or the little plastic wheel that detects flow can get clogged or not allow enough to turn on. Typically take off both hoses and clean the filter, and you're back in business. For the price, it is great and get very hot... up to 125 degrees. small and fits in many small spaces like under the kitchen sink cabinet.

This is so much more convenient than a big and bulky hot water tank! It is meant to be used in an rv, but we use it for our whole house and it works great, we never run out of hot water!

For a 2 bathroom home it work great.

works well in my mobile home. the waterlines don't go far from source. water pressure is an issue with this unit. if it over the 3.5gpm it won't heat up all the way. flow restrictors help alot. did not have it professionally installed I did so on my own. had to buy a 70amp breaker for it as the box says it's required. would blow the 50amp that I did have. so other than that I get a good hot shower with no issues.

Barely provides warm water

Barely provides warm water, not sure what this is good for. I have the next "lower" model in my other house and it works better than this model. Perhaps that's why the price for this one is so low?

costley mistake

I ordered this water heater only to discover how much it was going to cost to actually put it in without inboxing it I brought it back to Walmart now I'm told it's going to be a month before I get my money back why I don't know but they got the water heater back it's never been taken out of the box I paid for the water heater with my debit card it's going to take them a month to give me my money back for this $250 water heater is the costly mistake and I'll never buy from Walmart again.

Not a hot water heater

I’m very disappointed. This does not make the water hot enough to bath or shower with. I have a small house, this size tank should heat the water sufficiently. It only warms the water slightly above water temperature and now I have to buy a different unit and pay to get it installed. Very very disappointed

Small size but big performance.

I bought this device about a month ago and the performance has been extraordinary, easy to install and the instructions easy to understand.

Very impressed with the quality of this unit. From the actual build down to the packaging, they covered every base. Installed easily and works great. This thing is leaps and bounds above the Rheem that I replaced, and significantly cheaper even though it feels and looks higher quality. Would definitely purchase again.

It works well. Had to go to ace hardware for Adapter fittings and home depot for the valve and sharkbite hoses

Nice little water heater. Looks nice,display is clear and goes off after a few seconds so thats a good feature. Temperature control at the touch of a finger. Works well for us however we generally are not using more than one source of water at a time. For example we dont shower while doing laundry so not sure how well it would hold up for that. But for hot showers it works awesome. Does get up to 125 degrees Fahrenheit so be careful if that, it can burn. Only draw back is sometimes it fluctuates the temperature and goes down a few degrees then back up but could be due to house heat kicking on or some such. Not sure if its the units fault or not.
