It was perfect and much cheaper than the entire 14” rough in toilet!
Awful
They have you drill holes, maybe through tile which is an expensive bit, then drop in absolutely useless anchors that the screws provided didn’t grab. Also they use the offset holes instead of the large center one which with some toilets having the brackets face in means those screws are incredibly difficult to access. Terribly engineered piece of hardware. Almost had to call in a plumber to complete.

Very difficult to install. We need to now hire and pay someone to do this work bc it requires drilling into the concrete and our brand new tile floor. I wish we could return it and just buy a smaller rough in size.
