Does not come with all the pieces and they will not help you get them.

This very expensive faucet came without the pull lever. Unfortunately, build and Kohler both failed at locating one. I had a local plumber, procure one and have had to pay now twice for the plumber and the part.

Had the plumber here and had faucet installed. It leaked! Ugh!!!

Beautiful!

Bought this for a custom vanity with vessel bowl. Water flow is smooth and steady, installation (according to our contractor) was simple. Doesn't splash like some faucets do in vessel bowls. The coolest part, which was not shown on the website, is when the faucet is turned on the graduated colors that appear!

Good faucet, looks pretty

We got brushed nickel finish and everything is as per expectation except popup drain. I think kohler should give a choice whether to get popup drain with overflow or without overflow. I had to spend another $150 to get popup drain without overflow for my vanity
