Broken chair and poor customer service
It came broken and when I called to tell them they said I had to bring all the pieces back to target and they couldn’t order me a new one. I was very upset.

Love these; coordinate perfectly with chairs I already had.
I would never order from you again. You have the most complicated return policy of any company I have ordered from. I am exhausted from your many e-mails and return policy. I want to be done with you. Hope you give me my refund shortly and this bad experience is finally over.
Poor quality furniture-don't waste your money.
As you can see in the photos, this Modway furniture is not well made. The chair and loveseat are ready to collapse after a couple of seasons - even stored indoors during the off-season. And my wife and I are both under 200 pounds! Difficult to assemble, weak metal, bad welds - don't waste your money!
