Was so excited to find this table - just what I was looking for to use in my kitchen. My order arrived in 3 separate boxes. The 24 inch base was too heavy to be placed in a regular cardboard box so it arrived in a somewhat messy state (although the base was not damaged). As the boxes were emptied, I noticed that the box for the laminate top said that it was reversible with a walnut side and a lighter oak-looking side (which wasn't what I ordered , nor was it described as such in the product description). The base plate for securing the top was welded to the center column with 8 pre-drilled holes for securing it to the table top.Unfortunately, there was no way to attach the laminate top to the table base. There were no directions, nor was the laminate top pre-drilled for installing it to the metal base plate. While the "Easy 2 piece base assembly with a single bolt" was accurate, I was not willing or prepared to go to all the trouble for trying to accurately measure or mount the top to the metal plate for fear of cracking the laminate and/or not getting the table properly centered. Unless you are a skilled crafts person, this is not a suitable product for a novice. I can't imagine a restaurant wanting to buy tables that have to be accurately measured and drilled before setting them up for use.

I received a bad quality/defective/used product

Very disappointed with this order. I received a "used" and "defective" product. The table leg is all scratched. There is NO assembly direction. One of the pieces has 8 screw holes but there are only 6 screws that come the package. As soon as we unpacked the product we have to pack it back in the box to return it. Such a wasting of time! Very horrible experience!
