Good as gold

I wanted a shelf unit that was a corner style only to be unique, not a straight up and down bookcase. I was so surprised to see how classy it made the room look the ladder shape is really cool don’t put too many things on it or you’ll just junk it up and you won’t see the beauty of the architectural design, easy to put together took me about an hour. This is not a cheapo unit. This is a heavy unit quality made. don’t remove any tags until you have it all together on the floor. Don’t forget to squeeze those rubber toggles. Don’t try to push them in before squeezing them. That was my mistake. Good luck you will love it.

Beautiful stand! It was very easy to put together. There were a few imperfections, but nothing that destroyed the beauty of this stand. I love it so much, I ordered another one!

The right touch

Just what I envisioned! I love this corner bookshelf!!!! Price point was great and style is awesome without doing too much. It speaks for itself. It is sturdy. Delivery wasn’t too great but that’s on lasership. They did not deliver to my front door instead dropped at the leasing office. Overall love this shelf. I would order their products again.

Heads up....the other reviews are correct about needing two ppl to assemble. I'm a female and got halfway through assembly, then the unit became too awkward to handle. Have another set of hands available!

Love It!!!

The bookcase served as a perfect addition to my bedroom. I was looking for a decorative feel to an empty corner space. It gave me exactly the look I was hoping for! The only reason for the 4 stars is due to assembly. The instructions were pretty standard, but putting the middle part together by yourself will pose some difficulty. It's best to have a second pair of hands for assistance. Other than that, you wont be disappointed. Enjoy!

I assembled this alone ( short, woman here) and the instructions were easy to follow and I had no issues putting it together.

I like the design of this shelf and wanted it for a difficult spot in my dining room to put my plants. However the construction is problematic and stickers are supplied to cover up the screws. While seemingly sturdy, this is recommended to be bolted to the wall and comes with the gear to do so. I'm not pleased with the look of the construction but it's a hassle to return it.

Decent product.

Bought this shelf to complete the empty space in my dining room, it isn't bad quality for the price. Simple to put together with just picture instructions. Only problem I had with that was I had to guess which pieces were which since about 4 of the stickers fell off the parts. It's really cute, BUT the stickers that cover the screw holes DO NOT match the color of the wood what so ever.. so it is very noticeable. I tried to put something big in front but it's still all I can focus on.

Not high quality but works for what we need

The directions for assembly are terrible and some of the longer boards do not fit together snuggly and/or the finish on the edges look like they are rubbing off.

Quality materials. Good design. Poor instructions.

Perfect for a corner. Nice blend of grey, more grey and brown. My teen daughter loves it.

I recommend it!

I bought the Monarch 72 in. Corner Accent Etagere in white. It arrived on time, undamaged and with all pieces present. It wasn't as clean (smudges mainly) as I thought it should've been, but a little cleaning wipes and viola!

Would recommend to a friend.

For the price, I am very satisfied with the quality and overall appearance. Would buy again. I read other reviews in regards to assembling- I did assemble myself (no previous experience). I too, propped the long pieces with pillows to keep elevated. I took my time, laid out all the pieces, and it went well. Make sure all the numbers labeled on the pieces are facing the same way during assembly mainly the shelf pieces. I learned the hard way and had to flip two shelves after I'd screwed in. No big deal. Approx. time 2 hours.

Love it!

I got thisfor my plants as they were basically scattered all over the floor in front of the slider. This shelf makes that corner look so much better & more organized. I love it! Wasn't extremely hard to put together, I did it by myself because I didn't feel like waiting for my husband to get home. The only thing I'm not crazy about was the stickers to cover the screw holes.. But it's not that big of a deal to me & they're all still intact so whatever. Would recommend! My only advice- the top shelf goes hole side up! Not holes on the bottom like all the other shelves. Hope that helps future buyers

Nice Piece

This is a really nice looking piece. The assembly instructions are minimal, and it was quite frustrating at first, but once I figured it out, the assembly went pretty quickly. The color looks a lot more gray on line than it actually is. It has more brown tones in real life, but it had enough gray in it that it went well with my gray décor. The little stickers that are included to hide the screw holes did not match very well. The color was little off, but I have gotten used to it and don't notice it as much any more. Overall, it is a nice piece. Very sturdy.

nice piece for the money, great for a corner

we like the design because you can see through it to the wall, giving it a more open look. the holes on one particular piece were drilled improperly so you couldn't put that shelf on the exact proper way, but luckily it was the top shelf and 3 screws are a bit overkill on that one anyway. kit comes with vinyl wood grain stickers that go over all of the installed screws; a nice touch for a cheap piece of furniture, but you will see these stickers a bit and it is a cheaper piece of furniture based on this design. for the money it has a nice finish on it and is a very good value.

Display Shelf

I purchased this bookcase/display for a small empty corner of my living area where I didn't have the room to accommodate a larger piece of furniture. I needed something contemporary, clean lines, classic and not cheap looking. This corner shelf fills the space nicely. I have a new home with custom kitchen and custom dining table and yet this inexpensive curio does not look out of place. Shelves are small but accomodate my display items, radio, cordless phone, plants, etc. I do like the height on this unit as it is in a corner between windows so it doesn't look rinky. Price was the best anywhere, quality and finish very good for 100 bucks, style is fresh and modern. Free delivery, arrived sooner than stated.
