First of all, these stools are sturdy and can accommodate someone up to 400 lbs. love the fact that they are adjustable in height! I purchase them in yellow and they add a nice pop of color in my kitchen. I put these together in under 10 minutes for the first one. After that much quicker for the rest! They were packaged very well and shipping was quick! A quick note these are very comfortable!

After having them for over 1 year now i think they stand up well to my 2 kids and regular usage, they are white so they do need some wiping , but I love white furniture and i am used to doing that. The hydraulic is reliable and mostly i have them in one up position for the adults to get in. the arm covers are removable so if i ever decide to not want them I could do that to expose more of the chrome look. They do accumulate dust on the big round stand, but I also dust once a week and it takes care of that. overall I would recommend them , the price was right too! Do not use harsh cleaning products on them. I use a mild soap and warm water and then wipe dry immediately.

I bought 6 of these in the bright lemon yellow to go along my kitchen counter. The vinyl fabric was stained on almost every chair and required heavy scrubbing with a cleaner to remove. The stains were on the vinyl at the point of manufacturing and should have been removed from the assembly line and the issue addressed there instead of shipping them off to customers. Wayfair stepped up and gave me a generous discount to have the cleaning addressed. Their customer service is wonderful. As far as the design of the stools, be aware that if you are a long-legged person, the front of the seat will hit you at mid-thigh, rather than closer to the knee where it is more comfortable. My legs will start to numb if I sit in them too long. Other than that, they do look good along my counter.

The chair itself is very nice and I think most will be very happy with it if they are not my height - which is 5'4", the average height of women. The reason I purchased one chair is because I have been unable to cook many meals due to the inability to stand for more than five minutes at a time. It would enable me to sit at the kitchen island and chop vegetables, etc.to prepare meals. The problem with the design is that if I raise the chair to the right height that would enable me to perform the task - my feet will not reach the footrest that is on the chair - rendering it useless to me. The only two alternatives are to either return it or try to find a footstool that will take more space and use it to rest my feet and have any leverage to move the chair to the proper height. Otherwise, the chair is very pretty and will fit nicely with my decor. If the manufacturer has any tips on how to adjust the footrest, my husband could do that easily if it's possible.
