2 out of 3 were missing nuts/bolts to put them...
2 out of 3 were missing nuts/bolts to put them together, customer service sent replacements. One set does not fit on the chair the holes are misaligned. The screws on the other chairs fall off all of the time and roll across the floor.
Chair was exactly as pictured. Installation was simple and quick. Great value!
Like the look but there are a few issues
I ordered three chairs. They look nice and seem sturdy. However: 1. Many joints has rough/sharp finish, it cut my figure bleeding when assembling the chair. Be careful when run your hand through the surface. 2. A few spots where wires are scratched. 3. One chair has uneven legs. 4. One pad came with blue ink marks, cannot be removed. 5. No instructions in the box. Though not too difficult to figure out, it would be nice to have an instruction sheet in the box for easier assembly.

Great chair. Just as expected.
Love them. Easy to assemble and they go well with my 3 chairs I already own. Not an exact match but defiantly look good.
I truly feel a big reason our condo sold in a few hours was due to the soft mod look.
